ON SMOKE BBQ & PIZZA began with a vision to bring exceptional smoked meats and handcrafted pizzas to the Andover community. Our journey involves a smoker, a Gozney Arch XL, and a commitment to transforming into a Community Interest Company (CIC) to support local families and projects.

Platter for one 

12 hour smoked beef brisket -

Tender, slow-smoked beef brisket, smoked for 12 hours to perfection, served with mac and cheese, homemade coleslaw, pickles, and sliced brioche bread.

10 hour smoked short rib -

Rich and flavorful short rib, smoked for 10 hours until fall-off-the-bone tender, served with mac and cheese, homemade coleslaw, pickles, and sliced brioche bread.

6 hour smoked sweet Hampshire honey pork rib -

Sweet and smoky Hampshire pork ribs, smoked for 6 hours and glazed with honey, served with mac and cheese, homemade coleslaw, pickles, and sliced brioche bread.
